Eden’s ability to communicate complex messages to a wide-ranging public is a distinguishing characteristic. Finding new ways to engage hearts and minds with the central issues of the 21st century is arguably the project’s most important challenge. The sense that behavioural change is more likely to be triggered by empathetic understanding than by knowledge transfer lies at the heart of all we do. Implicitly it places human contact at the heart of a layered and integrated approach to on-site communication and the Pollination Team plays a key role in this.
The Pollination Team is heavily involved in various events on and off site and we are looking to expand the team. Our ideal candidate will be highly creative, excellent at engaging with a wide variety of people, and most importantly have the stamina to ensure that our visitors will always have a fantastic and meaningful experience during their time at our world class visitor destination.
