An enthusiastic, creative person is required to provide a high quality first point of contact service to all incoming enquiries to the Environment Department. You must be able demonstrate proven customer service experience and have a strong desire to deliver a first class customer service experience, underpinned by a friendly telephone manner and have good typing/inputting skills. It will be your friendly customer service and listening skills and your ability to use your own initiative that will ensure that you find excellent solutions to customer queries. We are also keen to appoint someone who has the ability to act with confidence and diplomacy in a wide range of formal and informal work situations. The role and work is varied, you will need to be organised, highly IT literate and able to analyse data and information to provide quality performance analysis for managers.
